Ramirent Modular Factory is an industrial manufacturer of wooden modular buildings. We are a producer with controlled serial production and in-house engineering.
Since 2016, we have built our operations around precision manufacturing, structured processes and predictable delivery across Nordic and Baltic markets. Our modules are designed for demanding climates and long-term use in both temporary and permanent applications.

- 2016 Dec: First prototype module completed.
- 2016 Aug: Factory construction start.
- 2017 Jan: Factory Phase 1 operational & serial production begins.
- 2017: Annual production reaches 500 modules.
- 2018: Factory Phase 2 completed, workforce exceeds 100 employees.
- 2019: Annual production exceeds 1,000 modules.
- 2019: Ramirent Modular Factory AS standalone entity.
- 2019: Ramirent and Loxam join forces.
- 2020: Phase 3 completed. Serial production of five core product families.
- 2021: First school and kindergarten projects delivered.
- 2025: 15 x schools and kindergarten projects delivered!
- 2026: Total cumulative production exceeds 10,000 units.
